ARTISTRY UNLTD by Trish Miller
This artist,
living on the prairies in the central plains area of our great nation
(South Dakota), paints
by
hand, mostly on articles of clothing, creating original, unique
and incredibly beautiful pieces of wearable art! She paints on other textiles
as well (like table linen, pillows . . .), plus glass, metal and
wood -- many items for home decoration. These items also make
great gifts for all occasions.

The
artist models a zip-front cardigan over a natural twill jumper painted with
her design called "Butterflies for Cancun."

Above, Trish was wearing a mustard-colored fleece
painted with large sunflowers. . . when she picked up her
eight-week-old puppy. Although the artwork is "labor intensive,"
everything, from the original drawing to the stroke by stroke
painting of each element of the design, is done by hand, by
the artist. Each piece of wearable
art is truly a one-of-a-kind original, unique and comfortable and
totally fun to wear! They make unusual and much appreciated
gifts, too!! |
